Additional hours can be added to Friday, Saturday or Sunday events for $300 per hour, and Monday – Thursday events for $200 per hour.

Rental of The Allan House includes tables and chairs for up to 150 guests and courtyard décor consisting of white twinkle lights, white paper lanterns and small decorative chandeliers hanging from the treetops. During the months of December, January and February, rental of The Allan House includes use of our Winter Tent.

Exclusive rentals are available for Saturday or Sunday evenings for an additional $1,000. This exclusive rental guarantees that we will not book a morning event the day of your event, and includes two additional hours of rental time.

In order to reserve a date, 50% of the rental rate is due upon signing a contract. Ninety (90) days before the event takes place, the remainder of the rental rate is due along with a $500 Refundable Security Deposit and an hourly staffing fee ($20 per hour for daytime events; $50 per hour for evening events).
